Someday, I will get it together. Probably.
Is it an unrealistic goal to hope someday I'm organized enough that I don't have to spend two days cleaning the house when my family's coming to town?

Completely unrealistic. No matter how clean and organized a house is, if your family is coming in town, there's ALWAYS at least 2 days worth of cleaning to do :) Put on some fun music, that usually helps me :)
